Responsibilities
What Youll Do:

Content Creation and SEO:

Own and execute a high-volume content strategy: SEO pieces, blogs, landing pages, whitepapers, eBooks, datasheets, and more
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and LLMs, technically accurate, and aligned to Valence messaging
Leverage AI tools (responsibly) to scale content production and speed time to market
Create content mapped to key stages of the funneltop-of-funnel thought leadership, mid-funnel technical deep dives, and late-stage decision enablement assets
Write everything from in-depth reports and whitepapers to concise, visually appealing datasheets and infographics
Create short-form video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., with technical insights, campaign ideas, and thought leadership
Take full ownership of content development, review, and delivery
Be the Glue between Product and GTM Teams:

Lead and foster close collaboration with the product team (based in Israel) through initiating regular syncs and planning sessions to translate roadmap and capabilities into customer-centric messaging
Its not your first rodeo owning a product launch end-to-end and prioritizing flawless execution
Be the connective tissue across product, sales, marketing, and executive teams, and ensure internal alignment and drive momentum across go-to-market efforts
Take initiative, ask questions, pressure test your knowledge, and never settle for surface-level understanding
Sales Enablement and Competitive Intel

Lead sales enablement: battlecards, messaging briefs, customer-facing slides, and objection handling
Own competitive intelligence, including ongoing tracking, analysis, and updates
Own core messaging and differentiation frameworks for products and features
Partner closely with sales to craft prospecting cadences, sales training, and tools that resonate with technical security leaders
Deliver concise, compelling messaging to help the sales team articulate why Valence is a must-have
Lead sales enablement sessions with real impactnot just presentations, but guidance that helps deals close faster
Analysts, Media, and Market Engagement

Own all analyst relations: briefings, inquiries, messaging prep, and follow-up
Proactively manage and maintain relationships with key analyst firms
Work closely with Valences PR team to produce content for media opportunities and craft rapid response content for cybersecurity news and thought leadership
Stay plugged into market research and dynamics and use them to sharpen positioning and influence roadmap and go-to-market
Represent Valence at speaking engagements, webinars, and industry events

As our Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will own the translation of this vision into a clear, compelling, and credible story for the market. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role at the intersection of security, AI/agents, and go-to-market execution. Youll work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Sales, and Marketing to define positioning, lead launches, enable GTM teams, and ensure our messaging resonates with highly technical buyers and practitioners. Responsibilities:
Own Technical Product Marketing for the Agentic Security Domain
Define and own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our agentic security capabilities across personas (security leaders, practitioners, platform teams, buyers).
Craft a clear and differentiated narrative around agentic access, authorization and authentication, autonomous security, trust boundaries, permissions, and risk reduction.
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, threat models, and security workflows through research, field feedback, and competitive analysis.
Maintain and evolve competitive intelligence: market landscape, differentiation, and positioning against alternative approaches.
Act as a trusted partner to Sales and Solutions teams, bringing clarity to complex buying conversations.
Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new features, agents, and major launches - from market insight to execution.
Translate technical product releases into compelling customer-facing stories, assets, and enablement.
Partner with Product Managers to compile and educate on market, competitive, and customer insights.
Enable and Align GTM Teams alongside Marketing Team PMMs
Build high-quality sales and field enablement materials (pitch decks, talk tracks, demos, FAQs, battlecards).
Ensure consistency and precision of messaging across marketing, sales, content, and product touchpoints.
Support both GTM motions with persona-specific messaging and use cases.
Requirements:
6-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with strong technical hands-on product marketing experience.
Deep technical fluency, preferably in security domains such as identity, access management, permissions, cloud security, DevSecOps, or risk management.
Proven ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, credible, and persuasive narratives.
Experience with AI-driven or autonomous systems.
Experience owning end-to-end GTM for sophisticated products - from positioning to launch and enablement.
Strong understanding of security buyers and practitioners, their language, objections, and decision criteria.
Exceptional written and spoken English - you are precise, articulate, and persuasive with both technical and executive audiences.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments; able to turn loosely defined ideas into structured strategies and execution plans.
