Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? our company Migdal Ha'Emek is currently seeking applicants for a Payroll Specialist Responsible for managing and executing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent service to employees and management. Reports to Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Migdal Ha'Emek is located in the northern part of Israel.
The factory in Migdal Ha'emek was established in 1996 and has about 300 employees, most of whom produce capacitors that are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.

What you will be doing:
Handling attendance reports, vacations, sick leaves, etc.
Executing deductions for pension funds, provident funds, and education funds
Reporting and handling payments to institutions (National Insurance, Income Tax, etc.)
Leading the "Pension Deductions Audit" project with meticulous data verification
Responding to employee inquiries regarding salary
Preparing periodic payroll reports for management
Staying up-to-date with relevant labor and tax laws
Providing support to payroll accountants at company sites.
Requirements: Certified Payroll Accountant certificate
Bachelor's degree - significant advantage
One year of experience in a similar role - advantage
In-depth familiarity with Israeli labor and tax laws
Proficiency in MALAM payroll software - advantage
Ability to work with Excel - mastery of PIVOT & VLOOKUP functions
Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide high-level service.
