We are looking for an excellent software first-level manager to join the NSV (Network Solutions Validation) group. In this role, you will lead major development efforts of high-performing software automation systems for NVIDIA's Data Center environments-driving data growth for some of the worlds largest companies. What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Champion Agile methodologies and Scrum guidelines, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and collaborators to define priorities, refine requirements, and align on strategic technical goals.
Design and develop an automation platform for benchmarking, monitoring, and analyzing HPC data centers.
Perform Data analysis and data engineering on benchmarking results.
Integrate with external large-scale data storage solutions.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI.
Develop AI infrastructure and agent-based solutions to improve usability, observability, and debuggability.
Requirements: What We Need to See:
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years as a Team Lead, Scrum Master or similar leadership role.
8+ overall years of relevant experience in software development or technical environments.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and guidelines for distributed systems.
Experience with microservices architectures.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor and motivate engineers.
Experience in planning, tracking, and delivering projects.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience in the networking domain.
Exposure to Generative and agent-based AI development.
M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Python proficiency.
