About The Role
The Clinical Data Labeler contributes significantly to the training of our AI models, which aim to enhance the quality of life for senior citizens. This position involves meticulously tagging and classifying textual data based on clinical and technical criteria to ensure high-quality AI training datasets.

Innovation & Experimentation Support (Secondary Focus)

Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for a cross-functional innovation squad focused on developing and testing net-new products.
Define measurement frameworks and success metrics for experiments, pilots, and proof-of-concepts, ensuring fast learning cycles.
Analyze A/B tests and experimental results, delivering clear guidance on whether to iterate, pivot, or scale new ideas.
Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define event tracking specifications for experimental features and new products.
Provide rapid, good enough insights in a fast-paced environment, translating ambiguous questions into practical data points that keep momentum high.
Strategic Collaboration & Communication

Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BI, Design, and commercial teams to align analytics with business and product goals.
Present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to non-technical stakeholders, influencing roadmap decisions and investment priorities.
Contribute an analytical perspective to product strategy discussions, helping teams understand not just what is happening, but why.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience querying large datasets (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Athena, or similar).
Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, with a focus on building clear, decision-oriented dashboards.
Deep understanding of core product metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, funnels, and feature usage analysis.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn vague questions into structured analyses and clear conclusions.
Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or rapid test-and-learn product development cycles.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting insights to non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments and balancing long-term frameworks with short-term execution.
