Which department will you join? The Corporate Legal team at our company - responsible for providing corporate and securities legal services and guidance to our company Global Inc. and its subsidiaries. The team manages corporate governance, securities compliance, and a variety of legal matters to support the organizations strategic goals. Were looking for a Corporate In-House Counsel to join the team and work closely with the Head of Corporate in providing corporate and securities legal services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
What will your job look like?
Corporate Governance: Assist the Head of Corporate in ensuring appropriate corporate governance procedures and processes are in place and adhered to across all our company companies.
Securities Compliance: Support compliance with U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 disclosure requirements, including the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Legal Support: Review and manage day-to-day legal issues, including general corporate and securities matters, general contract matters, and risk management/litigation issues.

We are looking for a tech-savvy and passionate commercial legal counsel to join the legal department. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of commercial matters including contract negotiations, privacy related-issues and other legal matters that may be required from time to time. What you'll do:

Contribute to other legal projects as needed from time to time.
Ability to independently review, draft and close commercial, technology-related, and data protection agreements with minimal support.
Strong negotiation skills - ability to independently negotiate agreements, including on calls with other legal teams.
Strong organizational skills ability to manage and support multiple matters simultaneously for different stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team in a fast-paced business environment.
