Lead the end-to-end delivery of graph compiler components while meeting aggressive KPIs. Establish and execute group planning processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Provide technical and managerial guidance to team leaders and engineers. Define and drive compiler optimization strategies for AI and deep learning workloads.

We are seeking an experienced Software Team Leader to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our graph compiler key backend functionalities. You will own and drive the development of compiler infrastructure that transforms high-level computational graphs into efficient, hardware-optimized execution flows. This role combines deep technical leadership with people management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of key components within the graph compiler backend. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers; set priorities, review designs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Drive the definition and the implementation of backend compiler architecture to support various graph IR transformations, optimization passes, and hardware abstractions. Lead the identification and implementation of compiler-level optimizations to maximize performance and efficiency of workloads on target hardware. Drive clear and transparent work planning by balancing performance goals and time-to-market considerations, fostering a proactive can-do mindset across the team. Establish best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and continuous integration within the compiler team. Work closely with frontend compiler, runtime, architecture and hardware design teams to ensure seamless integration across the software stack.

Lead the development of Sensing SDK, a core software toolkit that integrates a broad set of computer vision, audio, and voice libraries, along with AI operators. The SDK is specifically designed and optimized for latest NPUs and DSPs - NeuPro-M, NeuPro-Nano and SensPro2 - positioning it as a cornerstone of sensing and AI platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers developing Sensing AI SDK. Architect and implement high-performance sensing SW components for AI, vision, Audio and voice optimized for vectorize SIMD execution. Collaborate with compiler and DevOps teams to ensure efficient development and deployment. Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and continuous improvement. Own the SDK roadmap, planning, and delivery cycles. Engage with customers to enable successful pre-sale processes, support integration and gather feedback.

What Youll Be Doing:

We are looking for a Senior BLE Testing Automation Developer to join our Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) system testing team. The team designs and develops a wide range of capabilities to support BLE system-level validation, including internal tools, end-to-end test systems, automation libraries, core infrastructure, and comprehensive test plans. These systems simulate real-world customer scenarios and support validation against BT SIG specifications.
In this role, you will design and develop new test plans and test cases for our BLE connectivity solutions, maintain lab infrastructure, and support validation activities across multiple projects and device families. You will analyze customer requirements, use cases, scenarios, and reported issues to ensure proper testing coverage, and validate that the system is compliance with BT SIG specifications and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include design and integrating new BLE features testing into automated workflows, developing advanced test automation sequences, monitoring and generating test reports, design and reviewing test plans, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires proven test automation experience with embedded systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, collaborating with other software teams as needed, and may involve international travel for customer support.
