We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
* Integrate inventory metrics into financial reports, analysis, and budgets.
* Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, aging stock, stock valuation).
* Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
* Utilize technology and tools to enhance inventory management efficiency.
* Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Requirements: * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Big 4 firms experience – Mandatory.
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or a related area.
* Preference for experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of FP&A processes and their relation to inventory management is a plus.
