We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and lead the Exposure Assessment domain of the platform.

As the Product Manager leading the Exposure Assessment domain, you will work closely with a highly skilled team of engineers, data stakeholders, and security researchers. Together, you will ensure our customers can continuously understand, manage, and reduce exposure across their external attack surface.

This role is ideal for experienced Product Managers with experience working on cybersecurity products, who love to collaborate and communicate with external and internal stakeholders, deeply understand the problems they are solving, and make decisions using customer insights and data.

Responsibilities
Own the Exposure Analysis domain end-to-end, including strategy, roadmap, product flows, and execution.
Lead product discovery and problem definition, using methods such as user interviews, stakeholder interviews, competitive research, workflow mapping, and iterative validation.
Define domain success metrics (KPIs), track progress, and make data-informed decisions to drive measurable outcomes.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Security Research to define initiatives, prioritize deliverables, and solve day-to-day product challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their security programs and workflows, identify pain points and opportunities, validate direction, and support successful adoption of new capabilities.
Translate product direction into clear, actionable requirements, and communicate them effectively to Engineering, Research, Design, and other stakeholders to enable high-quality execution.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on priorities, support key opportunities, communicate upcoming deliveries, and drive go-to-market activities including enablement and launches.

The Cortex Cloud Identity Security product is responsible for helping customers understand who has access to what data and resources in their multi-cloud and SaaS environments, and critically, what their true effective permissions are. Identity is the new control plane and the most exploited attack vector in the cloud and in SaaS; this product eliminates the lateral movement and privilege escalation risks caused by excessive and unused permissions.
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager who can design, build and ship industry defining products to help cloud security and identity security teams protect their organization's identities across their cloud and SaaS environments.
Your Impact
Build and launch enterprise class products throughout the entire product lifecycle - collect customers feedback and hear their need, prioritize features and trade offs, write the product requirements and work closely with engineering group to deliver the roadmap

What Youll Own

Product Strategy & Vision

Build the long-term strategy for Data Discovery & Classification across structured and unstructured data.
Partner with Identity, Rubrik Agent Cloud, and Data Resilience teams to define how data context connects to identity, access, posture, and recovery workflows.
Customer Discovery & Problem Definition

Talk directly with CISOs, security architects, cloud leaders, data governance teams, and IR specialists to identify high-value problems.
Translate customer use cases into clear requirements, and prioritized roadmaps. Also, drive feedback loops with design partners to validate features and iterate.
Execution & Delivery

Write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and work day-to-day with engineering on tradeoffs and scope.
Own beta programs, and cross-functional alignment by partnering on positioning, competitive differentiation, and GTM strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Influence without authority across engineering, research, security, and sales engineering.
Collaborate closely with the Data Science team on classification engines, labeling, and LLM-based classifiers.
