The role is based in Israel, working closely with a remote engineering team in London and reporting to an Israeli manager based in the US. It requires a high level of independence, ownership, and initiative.

On a typical day youll:
Product Strategy & Execution
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Data & AI Security products.
Define how we help organizations discover, classify, and protect sensitive data and AI assets across cloud and SaaS environments.
Drive the evolution of AI Security capabilities, including AI asset discovery, AISPM, AIBOM (AI Bill of Materials), model protection, data lineage visibility, and prompt/response risk prevention.
Identify and prioritize key product initiatives across detection accuracy, automation, and coverage.
Establish clear success metrics to measure product adoption, precision, and customer value.
Collaboration & Delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams engineering (London), research and analyst, sales engineering, customer success, design, and marketing to deliver best-in-class features on time.
Translate technical and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI, AI governance frameworks) into clear product specifications.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, enablement materials, and field feedback loops to drive awareness and adoption of Data & AI Security offerings.
Customer & Market Engagement
Engage with CISOs, security architects, and data protection leads to understand their biggest challenges around sensitive data, model security, and AI risk governance.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes in DSPM, AI Security, and CNAPP ecosystems.
Represent us as a thought leader in Data and AI Security working with customers, partners, and industry analysts to drive category leadership.
Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or developer/security platforms.
Technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, researchers and customer-facing teams.
Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Big advantage for proven track record driving data security, DSPM, or AI security products.
Experience leading complex initiatives across distributed, international teams.
Highly independent, proactive, and execution-driven thrives with autonomy and ownership.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences.
Fluent English both spoken and written is a must. You can communicate clearly and confidently across global teams and with executive-level stakeholders.

Were looking for a Product Revenue Enablement Manager to lead product-related training and enablement initiatives across all Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Business Development (BD), Account Executives (AE), and Account Managers (AM) with a focus on the global GTM team. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and Enablement and plays a critical role in ensuring that GTM teams are fully equipped to communicate the value, differentiation, and use cases of our full product portfolio.
The Product Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing enablement strategies that address core selling skills and methodologies and embed deep product knowledge and fluency. This includes understanding existing product offerings, staying ahead of the roadmap, collaborating closely with Product and Product Marketing teams, and translating product updates into effective, scalable training content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Product and Product Marketing to stay informed on upcoming launches and ensure timely enablement.
Work with Regional Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to localize and tailor content by region and role.
Collect feedback from GTM teams to serve as the "voice of the field" in product discussions, guiding future product development and positioning.
Training Lifecycle & Delivery
Own the product enablement track within GTM onboarding and bootcamps.
Implement learning programs that reinforce core sales methodologies (e.g., value selling) through a product lens.
Leverage tools like call recordings, feedback loops, and performance metrics to continuously improve training.
Learning Content Management
Build and maintain a centralized, accessible repository of product-related learning materials, training recordings, and collateral. Ensure materials are accessible, version-controlled, and aligned with the latest product positioning and messaging.
