We are a leading fintech company providing cutting-edge technological solutions to the online trading industry, is seeking an experienced and talented Team Leader to join our R&D department.
As a Core Team Leader, you will lead a team of skilled .NET developers responsible for developing and maintaining our core systems and CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics).
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines deep technical expertise, system architecture design, and strategic oversight of critical business systems. You will ensure seamless integration between the companys core infrastructure and its CRM ecosystem, delivering stable, high-performing, and scalable solutions
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of .NET developers working on both Core and CRM systems.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and components in .NET Framework / .NET Core.
Oversee development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including integrations with internal systems.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end solutions.
Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization within on-premise environments.
Define and enforce development best practices, architecture standards, and clean code principles.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and drive ongoing technical improvements.
Requirements: Must have:
5+ years of experience leading development teams. Advantage if you have experience managing offshore developers.
7+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework and Core).
Deep understanding of distributed systems, multithreading, networking (WCF, WebSocket, Multicast, Grpc) and system performance.
Experience with MSSQL, Redis, Kafka, Mongo, Postgress or similar technologies.
Strong architectural understanding, including SOLID, design patterns, and clean code practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
Experience working with AWS.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and integrations (plugins, workflows, APIs).
Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes in hybrid environments.
Knowledge of Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
Experience in Fintech / Capital Markets.
