As the Engineering Team Lead, you will:

Lead and expand a growing team of backend and frontend engineers.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to shape the teams roadmap, balancing both product goals and engineering priorities.

Design and architect long-term technical solutions that deliver a significant impact on both our wide platform and customers.

Requirements:
An experienced team leader (3+ years managing people) with a hands-on approach.

Proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
Experience with user-facing products and UI development (advantage).
Experience with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch (advantage).
Experience with relational databases (advantage).
Experience with queue systems like SQS or Kafka (advantage).
Holding a degree in computer science or a similar field (preferred).
