The Opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager of Accounting and Capital Market, you will be the dedicated product owner for the core products and platforms that power our critical accounting, finance, and funding products.
You will define and own the product roadmap and execution for complex, high-volume systems that ingest, validate, and transform data to relevant accounting and capital market operational processes and business insights.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Engineering teams, product leaders, and subject-matter experts across the organization, particularly within the Accounting, Finance, and Compliance teams. Your strategic work is key to ensuring the reliable, scalable, and fast delivery of best-in-class, audit-ready internal systems.
What Youll Do / Key Responsibilities
Product manager
Own the product roadmap - Building a clear execution path for your domain.
Prioritize product work across a strategic balance of reliability, performance, compliance, and the delivery of new enabling capabilities for partner teams.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational toil, manual interventions, and shorten month-end close timelines, building resilience into our accounting infrastructure.
Execution & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, and Product teams to execute the vision and deliver exceptional results, including designing and deploying automated tools, dashboards, and standardized workflows.
Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance teams - Act as the primary product voice for internal accounting and finance stakeholders, deeply understanding their operational bottlenecks and compliance needs
Design and implement scalable processes to reduce errors, close control gaps, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Lead the resolution of critical systemic issues, including owning incident post-mortems and driving systemic fixes.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, including testing, validation, and implementation of new tools and processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Stakeholder Management & Compliance
Partner cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies that mitigate financial discrepancies and increase the quality and efficiency of internal accounting processes.
Ensure compliance and accuracy across highly regulated environments, effectively balancing speed, reliability, and business impact and ensuring systems are audit-ready at all times
Maintain strong, clear communication of platform value, progress, blockers, and timelines to all stakeholders and leadership through narratives, diagrams, and regular updates.

Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable success in Product Management.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding and experience in the FinTech industry, specifically with accounting automation, capital market, and funding products - A must. Experience with US Credit Cards /Fintech companies/ SaaS - strong advantage.
Scale & Infrastructure: Proven track record of managing high-scale B2B platforms, including robust API ecosystems, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), and complex backend infrastructure.
Product Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and deliver in environments with complex dependencies, alongside strong documentation and internal stakeholder communication skills. Great communication skills with engineering, business and accounting teams.
Regulatory Experience: Experience working with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations.
