As a Product Manager , youll own the entire product lifecycle, from innovation and design to execution. Youll serve as the strategic bridge between R&D and our cross-functional partners in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring our product vision translates into market-leading impact and solidifies our position as the industry leader.



What you'll do
Own the Product Lifecycle: Own your domain from initial ideation, through product development, to launch, and customer adoption. Youll act as the "CEO of your domain" ensuring every feature is built and delivered with highest quality and value to customers.
Translate Strategy into Roadmap and Backlog: Turn high-level business goals into concrete, actionable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs. Youll account for market requirements and competitive positioning, manage trade-offs and define the backlog that reflects business goals.
Partner Closely with R&D: Work closely with research and engineering teams to deliver features effectively and efficiently.
Direct Customer Validation: Proactively engage with customers and relevant stakeholders to validate planned scope and drive UX improvements throughout the product life cycle.
Drive Market Alignment & Success: Define and analyze metrics to measure product success, and work alongside Pre and Post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Product Manager , you will be responsible for leading the development of core product features that enhance our on-chain security solutions. You will own the product lifecycle from vision to execution, ensuring the product aligns with our overall strategy and delivers value to our customers. Own the Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and drive the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.

Drive Consensus and Communication: Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and support.
Execution and Delivery: Prioritize rigorously, ensure timely delivery of product initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends, blockchain technologies, and security challenges, positioning as a leader in Web3 trust and security.

What Youll Be Doing

Own OX product definition for our application security capabilities - the core capabilities of the OX product.
Define the capabilities, from understanding the need to the detailed requirement, across each of our application security technologies.
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead the product requirements definition. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to come up with a product that will lead the market.

As a Lead Product Manager you will
Lead a team of Product Managers working on one of our major growth products and lead the team to success.

Good quality integrations that support customers use cases are the core of our platform. Youll develop and execute operational engineering processes and help scale from early access through full launch.
