As a Product Marketing Manager focused on Partnerships, you will be the key Product Marketing liaison for our rapidly growing Partner Ecosystem. This role is critical to scaling reach by driving the joint Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for our key partners and integrations. You will work directly alongside the Partnerships team, providing the strategic marketing expertise and essential content required to ensure every joint launch and enablement initiative drives mutual success.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
Own Partner GTM Lifecycle: Lead the full GTM process for new and existing partners, from initial kickoff calls and defining messaging to executing the launch strategy.
Drive Integration Marketing: Manage the marketing and process checklists for strategic product integrations (e.g., CRM connectors like Monday.com), ensuring a flawless and impactful rollout.
Create Partner-Focused Content: Develop high-impact, persuasive content, including joint solution briefs, better-together stories, blog posts, and case studies that showcase partner success stories and customer ROI.
Empower Sales Teams: Design and deliver effective sales enablement materials and training sessions, ensuring both Partnerships team and our partners' sales organizations are fully equipped to position and sell joint solutions.
Act as the Marketing Counterparty: Serve as the strategic marketing point of contact (the PMM/marketing contact) for our partners to facilitate joint content and GTM execution.
Support Partner Activation: Lead the marketing aspects of new partner onboarding and join strategic joint calls to provide expert positioning and GTM support.
Measure and Optimize: Track performance of partnership GTM initiatives, leveraging data to optimize content and refine marketing strategy against key partnership KPIs.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B/B2C.
Proven track record of building and executing Go-to-Market strategies involving multiple external stakeholders, such as customers or partners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting enablement content, case studies, and compelling short-form copy.
Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage intricate processes and checklists across diverse teams.
Collaborative team player, comfortable navigating joint partner calls and acting as a clear, proactive counterpart to external PMMs.
Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
