אנו מחפשים מעצב/ת UI/UX מוכשר/ת שיהיו אחראים על העיצוב של כל מערכת המוצרים שלנו - מלוחות בקרה של נציגים בזמן אמת, דרך softphones למובייל ועד ממשקי ניהול מורכבים. זהו תפקיד בעל השפעה גבוהה שבו יעצבו את האופן שבו אנשי מוקדים טלפוניים עובדים מדי יום.
המועמד/ת האידיאלי/ת יהיה בעל/ת הבנה עמוקה של עקרונות עיצוב UI/UX ויכולת ניהול מעצבים מרחוק.

הובלת עיצוב מוצר:
אחריות מקצה לקצה על עיצוב פלטפורמת המוקד הטלפוני, אפליקציות softphone ופורטלי ניהול
עיצוב לוחות בקרה בזמן אמת המציגים נתוני שיחות חיים מבלי להציף משתמשים
יצירת ממשקים אינטואיטיביים לתהליכי עבודה מורכבים
שיתוף פעולה עם צוותים רב-תחומיים להגדרה ויישום של פתרונות חדשניים
ביצוע מחקר משתמשים ובדיקות
