We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Manager to join our growing Clinical Affairs team. In this collaborative role, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical affairs for aesthetic products that span both regulated medical devices and consumer beauty electronics sold globally. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments and clinical research for generating clinical evidence needed to support our product claims, contribute to regulatory submissions, and empower our product and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Executing Clinical Evaluations:
o Execute various clinical evaluations of products during active development phases.
o Perform the day-to-day operations of clinical assignments (pre-market, post-market, consumer perception) according to the overall clinical strategy.
o Ensure timely and high-quality data collection and assist with data analysis and interpretation.
Documentation and Compliance:
o Draft and contribute to essential clinical and regulatory documents, including study protocols, informed consent forms, clinical study reports and others.
o Uphold the highest standards of compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Stakeholder Engagement and KOL Relations
o Serve as a point of contact for practitioners, KOLs, and external partners.
o Support the companys clinical credibility by fostering long-term partnerships and gathering feedback from practitioners and end-users.
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with the other team members to ensure clinical projects milestones are met.
o Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D, Marketing, Product and Regulatory Affairs to provide clinical insights and support for product development and commercial activities.
o Provide clinical insights for new product concepts, user studies, and market launch activities.
Internal and External Training
o Perform product training sessions for internal teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D) and external stakeholders (clinicians, distributors, and partners).
o Develop training materials, presentations, and clinical education tools to ensure consistent, evidence-based messaging.
Scientific Communication:
o Conduct literature searches to stay current with the scientific landscape and support clinical and marketing claims.
o Contribute to the development of scientific publications, including manuscripts and presentations for scientific conferences.
o Support the marketing team by reviewing materials for scientific accuracy.
Requirements: Education: Formal degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related field is preferred. Other degrees but with significant relevant experience will be considered.
Experience:
o A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in clinical research or a related role within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industry.
o Hands-on experience managing clinical evaluations and clinical validations is essential.
o Experience with aesthetic or dermatological energy-based devices is a strong advantage.
o Familiarity with the regulatory environment for both medical devices and consumer products is desirable.

o Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
