Required Internal Brand Designer

to join our HR Division and help shape how employees experience our culture.
About the Role
Youll be part of our internal creative team, bringing our internal brand to life across events, HR programs, internal communications, and employee-facing platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the experience team, OD team, People Ops and Talent Acquisition team and lead on Internal Comms and employer brand initiatives and various other creative partners to create meaningful visual storytelling for employees worldwide.
What Youll Do
Lead the visual identity for the HR division global programs, events, and campaigns.
Concept and design for Employee Experience events and activities, Employer Branding needs, Internal Communications, Organizational Development initiatives, and Talent Acquisition campaigns.
Create and maintain templates and scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.
Oversee creative production from concept to delivery across presentations, motion graphics, digital screens, swag, emails, newsletters, and other assets.
Lead the strategy and execution of major campaigns, such as Kickoff, Sales Summit, Hackathon, and more - in collaboration with internal and external design partners
Develop templates, scalable design systems, and improve creative workflows.
Manage the full creative process-from concept to delivery-across presentations, motion graphics, signage, digital screens, emails, newsletters, swag, and more.
Requirements: 2-4 years in marketing, visual, or experience design.
Bachelors degree in Design (or equivalent).
Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Slides, AI tools; motion design a plus.
Excellent English communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and drive projects end-to-end.
Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about great design.
