We are currently looking for a Senior Payments Manager to join our amazing team.
This role serves as the professional authority for payments integrations and plays a key role in ensuring correct, scalable, and high-quality use of Nayaxs payments capabilities across partners and internal teams.

This role reports directly to the Payments Solutions Director.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Act as the primary authority for payments integrations across all external partners, working closely with internal product and engineering teams.
Maintain deep, end-to-end knowledge of Nayaxs payments engine, internal products, and feature capabilities, and guide partners accordingly.
Conduct technical and functional discovery sessions with partners as preparation for new integrations.
Guide partners on Nayax payment architecture, APIs, SDKs, devices, and supported payment flows.
Review integration designs and implementations to ensure alignment with Nayax standards and best practices.
Support partners through integration milestones, certifications, and production readiness.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for payment integrations across regions and payment methods.
Own 1-2 payment-related products or platforms, including roadmap definition, requirements, and delivery.
Work closely with R&D, QA, Security, Project Management, FinOps, and Payment Operations teams to ensure successful execution.
Requirements: Experience with payments/ fintech/ credit card - must
7+ years of experience in payments or fintech environments, including work with acquirers, credit card networks, POS terminal manufacturers, or adjacent payment technology providers.
Strong understanding of payment engines, transaction flows, acquirer integrations, and EMV-based card-present operations.
Proven experience working with APIs and integration-heavy platforms in payment environments.
5+ years of experience in product management, solutions, or integration leadership roles.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-driven learning, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong communication skills and ability to operate independently in a global environment.
