Responsibilities

Join a team of highly motivated developers to work together to fill At-Bays growing software and scaling needs
Writing well-tested, organized, and robust code to support a rapidly growing organization
Work in a modern software environment with continuously deployed and integrated code in our cloud-based infrastructure
Communicating and working openly with other developers to solve problems and produce high-quality code
Create, maintain and own the core company data pipeline, responsible for scaling up data processing flow to meet the rapid data growth at At-Bay
Consistently evolve data model & data schema based on business and engineering needs
Implement systems tracking data quality and consistency

Work with stakeholders including ML Engineering, Product, Data analytics, Cyber Engineers, Risk teams and R&D teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.

This is a hands-on role where youll collaborate with product managers, data teams, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions in a modern, cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities
Design and implement robust, high-throughput event-driven services and complex features in a cloud-based, microservices environment.

Your Impact
Responsible for complete software development life cycle including requirement analysis, design, development, deployment and support

We're hiring backend engineers (4+ years experience) with strong system design skills and real hands-on experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).
Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, or Go is required. You should be comfortable working with REST/gRPC, Kafka, and both SQL & NoSQL databases. Bonus if youve worked in startups or built SaaS products using microservices architecture. We value clean code, fast execution, and full end-to-end ownership.
