Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and automated test cases for desktop, server, API, and mobile applications.
Maintain and extend existing automation frameworks and tools.

About the Role: As a QA automation engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, combining automation and manual testing to ensure high-quality standards for business logic and user experience. Collaborating within an agile scrum team, you'll work closely with development and QA teams to deliver top-quality features. As a Senior QA Engineer .AI, you will ensure the reliability and performance of our systems that empower every senior to safely age in place through care intelligence. You will design and execute test plans for our AI-driven, web and mobile solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development and product teams to align testing with features and timelines, contributing to early planning and ongoing quality checks.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans using Confluence, Jira, and Xray, covering manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and APIs.
Investigate edge cases, validate client-server interactions, and ensure robustness through detailed test coverage.
Monitor results, report issues, and support resolution throughout the development lifecycle, continuously improving QA processes.
Support the team in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving quality issues throughout the development lifecycle and production issues..
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes.

So, what will you be doing all day?

As part of an agile QA team within the R&D division, you will:

Develop automated test cases in order to increase coverage of our regression for native app
Help us improve our native automation tests and make them more stable
Take part in the testing life cycle of our product, from planning to execution
Build automation coverage for different aspects of our system and alert which high-risk areas in the system are not working properly
Develop and maintain API automated test cases
Help us improve customer experience

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will:
Design and execute test plans and test suites to validate functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
