Built with a distributed, event-driven architecture, it supports complex pattern evaluation, dynamic enrichment, and fault-tolerant delivery for mission-critical observability.

What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers working on mission-critical alerting infrastructure.
Be accountable for the teams execution, code quality, and technical innovation.
Guide the teams technical direction, architecture, and system design for distributed stream processing.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering stakeholders to define scope, align priorities, and ensure timely delivery.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head of Support to lead our global Support organization. This role oversees Technical Support Engineering (TSE) functions, escalations, incident leadership, customer experience, and global operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, proven leadership in SaaS/B2B support, and the ability to build a high-performing, customer-focused support culture.

Global Support Leadership:
Lead and coach global Technical Support Engineering teams.
Ensure high-quality support with improvements in CSAT, response/resolution times, backlog, and KPIs.
Maintain clear global processes and standards.
Align with regional leads for coverage across time zones.

Technical Expertise & Escalations:
Act as the senior escalation point for complex issues.
Guide engineers in root cause analysis, distributed systems, and observability.
Oversee incident management with strong communication and collaboration.
Maintain hands-on knowledge of our architecture and tooling.

Operational Excellence:
Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce escalations.
Enhance productivity through better tools, processes, and automation.
Own KPI frameworks, dashboards, and data-driven reviews.
Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer insights into product enhancements.

Customer Experience:
Promote a customer-first culture in Support.
Represent Support in critical situations and executive escalations.
Ensure consistent, clear communication with customers.
Strengthen collaboration with Sales and Product.

Training & Team Development:
Own onboarding and ongoing training for Support engineers.
Ensure the team stays current on product capabilities.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and ongoing learning.

We are seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to elevate delivery excellence, operational strategy, and continuous improvement across Product and Engineering. In this role, you will drive predictability, transparency, and organizational efficiency while leading a global TPM team (three in Israel and one in Lisbon). You will partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape scalable processes, accelerate execution, and ensure teams consistently deliver impactful, high-quality outcomes.

Role
Drive Program Strategy and Cross-Functional Alignment
o Lead program strategy, planning, and execution to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
o Define and optimize cross-functional processes that strengthen alignment between Product and Engineering.
o Resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure clear documentation and knowledge management.
Lead and Develop the TPM Organization
o Manage and mentor a global TPM team, providing clarity, accountability, and professional growth.
o Ensure TPMs act as strategic partners to Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leadership.
Lead Operational Excellence and Data-Driven Improvement
o Own the operational data strategy, establishing KPIs for delivery health, efficiency, and quality.
o Partner with analytics to build dashboards and insights that inform prioritization and strategic decision-making.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance execution velocity and effectiveness.
Build Enablement, Continuous Improvement, and Organizational Capability
o Promote a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and best-practice sharing across teams.
o Lead retrospectives, feedback loops, and tooling improvements, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance organizational performance.
o Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and enablement programs that support adoption of scalable processes and data-informed practices.
o Advocate strong communication, effective decision-making, and operational excellence across the organization.
