Responsibilities
Design and deliver employee experience programs that foster engagement, connection, inclusion, and well-being with a hands-on approach to execution.
Create meaningful employee-life moments, including birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, weddings, get-well support, and other personal milestones.
Plan and execute company events, off-sites, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, gifting, swag, and special initiatives like summer kids day at the office.
Manage and optimize the annual employee experience budget, prioritizing high-impact, thoughtful, and creative initiatives.
Build and adapt scalable employee experience programs globally, ensuring cohesion and a shared sense of culture across company sites.
Collaborate with employer branding to ensure our culture, values, and people-first approach come to life internally and externally.
Own the full onboarding and offboarding experience, crafting a warm, structured, and memorable employee journey.
Serve as a trusted, day-to-day point of contact for employee welfare, engagement, and experience-related needs.
Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and innovation to continuously elevate the employee experience and strengthen our company values.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in employee experience, engagement, or welfare programs, ideally within a tech environment.
A passion for people, culture, and creating authentic, memorable employee experiences.
Proven ability to execute, plan, organize, and deliver initiatives with high quality and attention to detail.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and move fast while staying organized.
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic and growing environment.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
A collaborative, positive can-do attitude with a genuine desire to make employees feel valued and connected.
