Were looking for a Product Manager to lead our product portfolio embedded within the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations across Agent force and Service Cloud. This role bridges our Visual Agentic AI platform with Salesforces world-class CRM environmenthelping service organizations deliver smarter, more human, and more visual experiences directly within their daily workflows.
Youll be responsible for understanding how enterprises use Salesforce to run customer service and field operations, and for shaping how our products integrate, extend, and elevate those experiences.
Youll partner closely with Salesforce teams and our R&D, and ensure our products are built for adoption, scale, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
Execute the Salesforce Product Roadmap: Translate our platform strategy into clear goals for Salesforce-native and integrated solutions, aligning to both our customers needs and Salesforces roadmap.
Understand the Ecosystem: Deeply understand Salesforce (Service Cloud, Field Service, Agentforce, Einstein, and AppExchange) and identify how we can extend value within those environments.
Drive Product Execution: Collaborate with UX and Engineering to design and deliver embedded experiences that feel native within Salesforceensuring reliability, usability, and performance.
Partner Cross-Functionally: Work with our alliances, GTM, and customer success teams, as well as Salesforce product and partnership stakeholders, to drive successful launches and adoption.
Enable the Business: Support field enablement and pre-sales with demos, value narratives, and product documentation that highlight how our augments Salesforce workflows.
Measure and Learn: Define success metrics (adoption, CSAT, activation, ROI) and continuously optimize the Salesforce product experience based on usage and feedback.
Requirements: Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS or enterprise technology company.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, preferably Service Cloud, Field Service, or Agentforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, APIs, and AppExchange apps.
Track record of delivering successful products or integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working with design and engineering to create intuitive, workflow-embedded user experiences.
Comfort with analytics and data-driven prioritization.
Strong collaboration and partnership skills, especially when working across companies or ecosystems.
Fluent in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI, customer service, or field service technologies.
Familiarity with Visual AI, automation, or multimodal interfaces.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, or Product Owner).
Experience working with Salesforce ISV or consulting partners.
