We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product team.
Our team currently is focused on developing AT&Ts mobile app enabling over 13M monthly active users to control all aspects of their account with AT&T (Internet and Mobile services.)
As a Product Manager in our organization, you will be part of the Discovery leadership team, owning both inbound and outbound responsibilities.
What you will do:
Take part in creating and executing the native app strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market research
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps to communicate progress and align with key stakeholders
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure app success and identify areas for improvement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and customers
Requirements:
7+ years experience in tech companies, of which at least 5 are in a Product Management role (preferably B2B2C or B2C)
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within an organization (preferably large organizations)
A good balance of technical savviness and business acumen with an ability to dive into the details as well as broad strategic thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simply convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently, but at the same time a team player.
Experience working with US-based customers and teams
Excellent English spoken and written (Native English is a big plus)
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor product managers is a plus

Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of wireless networks, LTE, and 5G RAN/Core architecture.
Proficiency in SMS, MMS, and RCS protocols.
Knowledge of location-based services and their integration within telecom networks.
Experience with API frameworks and concepts such as CAMARA and Aduna, including monetization strategies and charging solutions.
Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., TMF620, TMF622, TMF639) to ensure compliance with telecom best practices.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
