We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Oktopost, you will be at the core of building and enhancing our B2B social media management platform.

What you'll do:
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while ensuring best practices in software development.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and other developers, to deliver features effectively.
Provide technical guidance, share knowledge, and mentor other developers to improve overall team expertise.

This role involves working with a team of talented developers to develop high performance Java based solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Design and implementation of innovative capabilities.
Work as part of an agile team.
Work closely with technical leads and other developers to define solutions.
Research alternative technical solutions to meet changing business needs.
Produce design and research documentation.
Transitioning R&D solutions to Mastercard core.

We are looking for a Full Stack Team Lead.
What you'll do:
Manage all aspects of software development - from planning new features, designing software solutions, testing, and quality management to release and maintenance
Contribute and participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions
Control project execution, including estimations, quality control, and timely delivery
Lead, grow, mentor, and manage a team of talented software engineers
Work in close collaboration with Product, Design, and other Development teams.
