Required Generative AI Designer
Job Description
As a Generative AI Designer inside the Marketing Design Studio, youll oversee AI needs arising across the design teams, serve as the focal point for generative AI, and research and initiate AI-based solutions for developing our brands.
Our studio manages multiple brands, and your core mission is to streamline the design process with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and Time-to-Asset (e.g., reducing manual workload and expanding production volume).
The outputs and tools you create will be used by designers across and should be user friendly, boosting their design creation process. Automating and agentifying design-related workflows are part of your day to day work, and requires communication and processes analysis skills to orchestrate the best solution.
Spearhead AI enhancements across brand design, web design, social and motion - from idea to production - ensuring brand consistency and improving TTA
Own Midjourney & Weavy craft: lead best practices for on-brand results, maintain a brand prompt library, design reproducible Weavy Flows, run new-model testing, and apply LoRA enablement where appropriate.
Lead design and creative content automations: design and ship production pipelines using agent-based infrastructure (n8n/Zapier) and AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Base 44, Gemini).
Optimize existing marketing tools and automations to accelerate workflows for all stakeholders.
Upskill designers at scale through workshops, guides, templates, and recorded demos; close skill gaps and measure adoption.
Governance & ethics: operationalize IP/licensing/privacy policies inside flows (source tracking, licensing checks, model/tool guardrails) and partner with Legal/IT.
Measure & iterate: define KPIs, build lightweight dashboards, run A/B tests on flows/models, and continually improve throughput, quality, and cost.
Requirements: Portfolio showcasing your experience, personal taste and Ai capabilities.
35 years in Creative/Design roles with a technology backbone, including 12 years hands‑on with Generative AI.
Demonstrated mastery of Midjourney and Weavy, with shipped examples of complex, reusable flows and brand‑consistent outcomes.
Proven ability to build automations/agents using n8n/Zapier and third‑party APIs; working knowledge of JavaScript or Python.
Advanced prompting for brand consistency (stylization, multi‑prompt/weighting, reference handling).
Excellent communication and enablement skills: clear documentation, live coaching, and process design for a large creative org.
Practical understanding of IP/licensing, ToS, and privacy; experience collaborating with Legal/IT.
