Fiverr is looking for an AI Motion Designer & Filmmaker who’s passionate about exploring the new creative edge of generative technology. In this role, you’ll combine design, filmmaking, and advanced AI tools to create next-level visual stories for Fiverr’s brand. You’ll experiment with emerging platforms, build new workflows, and use AI to shape ideas into striking, cinematic experiences that move our audience and define what’s next for creative storytelling.
What am I going to do?:
* Develop innovative and stunning campaigns for the Fiverr’s brand for the creative department, using and exploring both classic Motion Design tools and new AI generative platforms.
* In this role you will get to create cinematic projects, both as digital film director lead and also from animated motion design perspective, with daily projects focusing on performance campaigns as well as brand initiatives, product launch, and large scale media campaigns.
* Work closely with stakeholders from Creative, Brand, Marketing, Product, video editors, writers and marketing teams on inspirational projects.
* Deliver high-level, eye-catching, state of the art and remarkable motion design concepts, with a new cinematic perspective enabled by generative video and image technology tools such as VEO, SORA, Runway, Kling, and others.
* Be an active and influential motion designer working in our in house creative studio and collaborate with visual and motion designers, creative specialists, art directors and copywriters to create the next generation of Fiverr’s design

Requirements: * 1+ years of experience working with AI video tools such as VEO, SORA, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
* 3+ years of experience in creative, motion design, or film direction roles, with strong knowledge of motion design tools and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects and others.
* A strong design aesthetic and a sharp, contemporary taste in design, copy, art direction, music, and all the creative details that make great work stand out.
* Solid experience in brand and marketing design, with strong strategic thinking skills.
* A deep understanding of multidisciplinary design processes and toolkits across Product Design, Brand, and Marketing Design.
