We are looking for an exceptional Head of data to lead our data organization. This role is a unique opportunity to influence the company at the highest levels by driving strategic decisions through data, and by evolving our data capabilities to support our rapid growth.
About the Role
As Head of data, you will lead talented teams of data analysts & data engineers, and be the key figure shaping our data strategy. Youll be responsible for creating and executing a clear roadmap for how data supports our business goals, empowering stakeholders across the company with actionable insights, and helping leadership make data -informed decisions. This is a leadership position requiring both strategic thinking and technical acumen. Youll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, R&D, Finance and the executive team to build scalable solutions and elevate the use of data across the organization.
What You'll Do
* Lead the data department (analytics & engineering), with a focus on growth, and impact.
* Develop and implement a company-wide data strategy aligned with product and business priorities.
* Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring scalable, clean, and accessible data pipelines and models.
* Partner with leadership to provide sharp, actionable insights and business recommendations.
* Define and track key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
* Enable a data -first culture across the organization through education, tools, and storytelling.
* Drive innovation in data tools, visualization, and automation to unlock new value for teams.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably with a strong foundation in statistics and product/business analysis. 3+ years in a senior data leadership role, including managing multi-disciplinary teams ( data analysts, and engineers).
* Proven experience in SaaS, product-led companies, or B2C/B2B digital platforms.
* Strong technical understanding of modern data stack tools, data architecture, and data engineering best practices.
* Track record of advising senior executives and translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence decision-makers across all levels.
* Strategic thinker with sharp business acumen, yet hands-on when needed.
