We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional projects from concept to execution while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational processes across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for optimizing workflows. About the Role
* Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
* Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows running efficiently.
* Lead and support business application projects from concept to implementation.
* Manage operational processes including documentation, and task tracking to support business requirements
* Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
* Use AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
* Support the COO in daily operations and company-wide coordination. You Are
* Someone who gets things done no task too small or too big.
* Adaptable, fast-learning, and strong at problem-solving.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Great at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Technically oriented with strong self-learning abilities.
Requirements: * 1 - 5 years of experience.
* Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or related fields.
* Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong technical orientation.
* Comfortable coordinating between multiple teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.
