As a senior software engineer, youll be part of the core team responsible for hardware, software/hardware interfaces, algorithm integration and optimization in the product, and transfer of developed systems for production and integration.

As an Engineering Manager, you will need to manage, lead and guide a team of software engineers and identify and improve processes, procedures, technical knowledge and expertise of the team.
You will assume ownership of features and deliver value to customers, understand their domain & use cases and provide solutions to their problems
Design, implement and maintain micro-services implemented various technologies and services on AWS and Azure
Deliver high-quality reusable & maintainable features covered by unit tests, components and E2E tests with metrics and monitoring capabilities to enable proper deployment to production
Collaborate with team members and other groups via open discussions, design reviews, code reviews, etc

You, as our Senior Backend Engineer you will be responsible and lead the following:
Lead and take end-to-end ownership of entire product development, be part of a multidisciplinary team.
Take part in or lead architectural decisions and discussions.
Review code developed by others, and provide feedback and mentoring to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
Solve complex business processes, create object models, define APIs, build web services, and more.
Triage production and system issues, prioritize, track, debug, and solve with stakeholders and other team members.
Work directly with others (engineers and other internal stakeholders) to develop a solid understanding of the business application and requirements for which the application is being designed.
Be part of building a scalable and agile R&D organization by helping define and create the right tools and processes.

We are seeking a creative, motivated and skilled real-time embedded engineer to join our firmware development team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and passion for developing innovative embedded solutions.

In this role, you will design, implement and maintain real-time embedded software for our next-generation wireless power products.

You will report directly to the VP of R&D.

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, improve, and maintain real-time embedded software from concept through production.
Define and implement firm architecture on ARM Cortex-M & STM8 microcontrollers.
Integrate real-time embedded software with external hardware components and complete system products.
Collaborate closely with hardware, systems and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
Participate in code reviews, debugging and system validation processes.
Create and maintain clear technical documentation for design and code.
