Responsibilities
Utilize performance and power models from the architecture team, as well as lab measurements, to validate and tune performance against established goals.
Exercise open source benchmarks, analyze the results, and find optimization opportunities.
Develop and implement advanced technologies for running benchmark representations on pre-silicon environments.
Analyze complex problems, identify core design weaknesses, and drive the resolution of performance issues in both pre and post-silicon environments.
Develop performance measurement frameworks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to produce regular reports and dashboards that support stakeholder decision-making.

The Networking Advanced Development Software team develops new groundbreaking technologies to enable new market shares for the company and tighten customer relationships. These are emerging technologies in networking and distributed computing for the booming AI factories and data centers. Responsibilities
Lead a complex ASIC subsystem.
Understand how it interacts with software and other ASIC subsystems to implement data center networks.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).

Cross-Functional Collaboration
