What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Software Manager for Ethernet Simulation to lead the development, verification of our Ethernet simulation environment. This environment plays a critical role in enabling large-scale system validation and early software development across networking, firmware, and driver domains - without reliance on physical hardware.

In this role, you will manage a team responsible for building scalable, high-performance simulation tools that model our advanced Ethernet and networking architectures. The Test Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve test processes, and support product development efforts.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for ATE systems to ensure comprehensive testing of ICs.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
