LiveU is looking for a Salesforce Implementer to lead cross-functional Salesforce projects within the MIS department’s DARE team. This role supports the Product department’s roadmap, with an increasing focus on AI-driven capabilities and integration with internal systems. You will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions , ensuring architectural alignment, and driving collaboration across business, development, QA, and integration teams in a matrixed environment Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery—from scope to production rollout.
* Coordinate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, challenge, and translate requirements.
* Align delivery with internal MIS architecture, QA, and CI/CD standards.
* Monitor Salesforce trends and propose relevant innovations, especially around AI and automation.
* Contribute to backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement efforts. About the DARE Team -DARE is the strategic execution arm of LiveU's MIS department, responsible for cross-platform Delivery , robust Architecture , platform Reliability (via the embedded QA team), and internal Enablement . The team leads enterprise system initiatives—Salesforce, ERP, automation, and AI—aligned with business and product goals.
Requirements: * 2+ years’ experience managing Salesforce projects in cross-functional settings.
* Deep understanding of Sales Cloud Experience Cloud , and Platform Services
* Experience in collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate requirements
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and evolving environment
* Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery and tools like Jira and Confluence – a plus
* Proficient with CI/CD practices , release automation, and quality governance.
* Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive execution through influence
* Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Workato MuleSoft
* Exposure to AI or intelligent automation projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew , written and spoken
* Basic understanding of Apex code (ability to read logic). BIG advantage
* Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder) – a plus
