* Analyze the end-to-end client journey and usage patterns to uncover insights that improve experience and performance.
* Identify bottlenecks, trends, and opportunities to enhance efficiency, engagement, and conversions.
* Extract and interpret business and product insights from multiple data sources.
* Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data -driven decision-making across teams.
* Work extensively with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and other BI systems.
* Leverage Mixpanel and Google Analytics to track user behavior, conversion funnels, and retention trends, turning raw data into actionable strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, Marketing, Tech, and Compliance - to align data -driven strategy and execution Project Management & system Implementation
* Lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects involving product, marketing, tech, and business stakeholders.
* Implement and manage systems such as data Analytics, CRM, and Marketing Automation tools. Define priorities, manage timelines, and ensure alignment across global teams. Optimize internal workflows and processes based on analytical findings.
* Collaborate with international partners and teams across multiple markets.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Project Management preferably in fintech, SaaS, or digital services.
* Strong analytical skills with proven proficiency in Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BI tools, SQL, and Excel/Google Sheets. Holistic understanding of customer and product journeys, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Proven ability to manage and deliver complex, cross-functional projects
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
