At our company, design is at the heart of everything we do. As our Webflow Developer & Creative Designer, youll bring our brand to life across diverse, exciting projects, from high-impact landing pages and product launches to storytelling microsites to experimental interactive campaigns.
Your work will directly shape how thousands of merchants and millions of shoppers experience our online. Every project is different: one week you might be crafting a polished product page for a major release, the next building a bold campaign microsite, or rethinking the conversion flow of our homepage.
As a Webflow Developer & Creative Designer, you will:
Take ownership of the web experience (marketing site, landing pages, microsites, product pages) built on Webflow
Design, build, and maintain responsive Webflow pages (desktop/tablet/mobile)
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Product, Content, and Engineering to translate strategy and campaigns into web visuals and flows
Ensure consistency of design, layout, typography, spacing, and visual branding across all pages
Implement and iterate on UI/UX best practices (navigation, performance, interactivity)
Optimize pages for conversion, including A/B tests, speed, SEO, and accessibility best practices
Maintain and update a design system / Webflow component library
Troubleshoot Webflow issues, browser compatibility, interactions, and micro-animations
Keep up to date with Webflow releases, new features, plugins, and best practices
Requirements: What youll need:
2+ years of experience designing and building websites with Webflow.
Working with Client-First (Finsweet) or similar Webflow building methodologies - Must have
Deep knowledge of Webflow: CMS, Interactions, Symbols, responsive settings, and custom code embedding.
Proficiency in Figma.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (to debug and extend Webflow where needed).
Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color, spacing, composition.
Familiarity with custom code embedding and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of motion design and Webflow interactions (animations, microinteractions).
Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
Experience with SEO, analytics, and CRO - Nice to have
Experience working in a SaaS/e-commerce environment - Nice to have
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make - Nice to have
