we are hiring a technically skilled Webflow Developer to build and optimize our marketing site. You'll collaborate with Marketing and Design to implement high-performance, responsive pages with conversion in mind. The role requires hands-on work with Webflow CMS, custom code integrations, and performance monitoring. Expect to develop and maintain scalable, standards-compliant infrastructure that delivers fast, polished user experiences. Youll lead web implementation with an eye for design precision, speed, and reliability.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Web Developer with strong experience in JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks, and clean coding practices to join our Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise-level WordPress projects, building dynamic, high-performing websites while collaborating with global, cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Design, Brand, BI, and BA.

What youll do:
Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and scalable frontend solutions for our marketing websites and web applications.
Work closely with designers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Create smooth animations and interactive experiences using GSAP and other modern animation libraries.
Stay current with the latest frontend innovations and suggest creative technical solutions.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Write clean, maintainable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other dynamic data sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Stay up-to-date with and implement the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
Contribute to server-side rendering and static site generation projects (e.g., Next.js).

The Web Design Manager is a key role in Marketing . The role requires high visual standards, great attention to detail, deep technical knowledge, and exceptional collaboration skills. The Web Design Manager sits within Creative, alongside other designers, writers and operations roles, but also works within the Content & Web team on a daily basis. This hybrid responsibility will further strengthen existing collaboration between Creative and Content & Web.


Core responsibilities

Web Design & Development:

Leading the design and maintenance of main website and any other owned web experiences

Collaborating closely with Content & Web team to identify the right priorities for our web experience, aligned to our Web Roadmap

Managing the end-to-end design process, including ideation, UX/UI design, prototyping, development process, and supporting our development team


User Experience & Interface (UX/UI):

Conducting competitive analysis and market research.

Creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes.

Overseeing iterative design improvements and optimization, based on insights


Collaboration:

Collaborating effortlessly with other creatives, marketers, content writers, product managers, events team, and key stakeholders across the business

Ensuring project deliverables align with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Supporting Content & Web team in developing design solutions effectively

Be a subject matter expert for colleagues across Marketing, offering guidance and advice when needed


Managing Web Design:

Own web design as a discipline, exploring innovative design solutions to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.

Identify and implement best practice where needed

Manage workload autonomously, with close alignment to the Web roadmap and Creative priorities


Collaboration & Training:

Mentoring and training designers on tools like Webflow

Conducting workshops and educational sessions for teams on UX/UI fundamentals, editor-level web management, AI tools for web.

At the Barebone team, we facilitate and maintain the infrastructure that supports higher-level teams efforts, thus playing a central role in pushing business initiatives from PRD to Production-ready. We design, code, and maintain the interaction layer with the EHR (the software used by physicians at the point of care), and and the same time - adopt a guardian state-of-mind, making sure we do not cause any degradation in the EHRs performance or functionality; this is a fundamental part of us being an add-on software.
