What You'll Do

As a Senior System Engineer , you'll be the technical lead for system-related aspects of our products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver robust solutions that redefine maritime operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Define System Architecture: Establish hardware and software requirements for new and existing products.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work alongside Product Management and R&D Team Leaders to ensure seamless design, implementation, and testing.
Understand Customer Needs: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape technical solutions.
Lead System Integration: Oversee hardware and software integration, ensuring smooth interactions between components.
Support Field Operations: Provide technical support for field trials, customer deployments, and production processes.
Problem-Solving: Identify, communicate, and resolve technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor technical team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

We are seeking an exceptional architect to join our architecture team and shape the future of quantum control. We have a unique opportunity to set the architecture of the next-generation quantum computers towards utility scale quantum computing.
In this role, you will lead the architecture definition of the next generation quantum control system, from units/building blocks roles and responsibilities, core components such as DACs/ADCs, FPGAs, communication interfaces and power and cooling solutions .Designing a scalable architecture of quantum control requires deep understanding of quantum computing, system tradeoffs and product requirements. In this role, youll work closely with Product to define the hardware requirements and an architecture to address them. Youll identify system level tradeoffs, identify solutions alternatives and define POCs to evaluate them. In your role youll be working closely with all R&D teams, in particular the system, hardware and logic teams and with partners in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Architecture for the next generation quantum control system and hardware
Define system-level architecture and features, providing detailed specifications to the various R&D teams.
Collaborate with the product and research to transform high level requirements into architecture and spec definitions and presenting tradeoffs
Collaborate with the architecture team members to consolidate requirements and implications for the software and logic architecture
Work with partners and vendors on requirements and joint development to optimize the product capabilities
Define requirements for research activities and for proof-of-concepts for new architecture and technical capabilities.

The Senior Hardware Test Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining test processes and equipment used in the manufacturing of hardware products. This role ensures that products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards through robust test strategies, automation, and continuous improvement. The engineer acts as a bridge between design engineering, manufacturing operations, and quality assurance, supporting new product introductions (NPI) through to mass production and sustaining phases.

Role and Responsibilities:
Test Development & Validation
Design, develop, and implement test plans, test fixtures and infrastructure.
Collaborate with R&D to define test requirements early in the product lifecycle.
Develop test scripts and automation software (Python, LabVIEW, C#, etc.) to improve coverage and efficiency.
Validate test coverage, yield, and reliability through statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, SPC).
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Support EVT, DVT, and PVT phases with test readiness and execution.
Lead test process transfer to contract manufacturers (CMs) or ODM partners.
Train CM engineers/technicians on test systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.
Manufacturing Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor production test yields, debug failures, and drive root cause analysis (RCA).
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvements to reduce test time, cost, and false failures.
Maintain and calibrate test equipment and fixtures.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Orders) by updating test plans and equipment accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with hardware, firmware, and reliability engineers to improve product testability and robustness.
Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure smooth scaling into mass production.
Engage with suppliers and CM partners on test strategy alignment.

We are looking for a reliability-minded Electronics Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in center Tel Aviv. In this position you will:
* start from derivation of design requirements from the systems level and product architecture.
* develop electronic module designs from inception to production (EVT, DVT and PVT) in multiple general areas: battery management, motor control, flight control, sensors, embedded Linux, ATE jigs and other support equipment.
* take ownership of electronic designs.
* be the technical liaison with contract manufacturers.
* ensure continuity of production, adjusting the design as required to keep form, fit and function.
* design and develop testing & checkout coverage, strategy and procedures for production.
* implement, track & document corrective and design changes.
* support bring-up & debug of modules, and perform root cause analysis on anomalies.
