Experienced Program Manager

to join our team and take a leading role in our challenging Space Programs.

Your day-to-day activity is to work closely with multiple internal and external interfaces customers, engineering, operations, subcontractors, and management to execute, supervise, and manage the programs work plan, deliveries and budget.



In this role you will

Lead and coordinate a multiciliary program for space application, involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure alignment with strategic goals, budget, and timelines.
Interface with engineering, R&D, operations, finance, and external partners (customer and subcontractors) domestic and international.
Prepare and present program status to executive leadership and customers.
Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and contractual domains.

What your job will look like:
Act as a key support partner to the EVP, helping drive execution across mostly R&D domains
Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely delivery
Understand and help scope tasks beyond administrative execution, identifying what's needed for successful outcomes
Document meetings, synthesize key takeaways, and maintain clarity of priorities and next steps
Prepare materials for executive presentations and internal communications
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across the organization and proactively suggest or initiate solutions
Maintain high discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
Manage and maintain the EVP's presence across relevant internal and external platforms (e.g., social media, internal communications).
