A medical device company is seeking an experienced and driven NPI team leader to lead product transfer from R&D to manufacturing. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the manager of R&D, with hands-on responsibility for ensuring efficient and compliant product introductions.
Lead NPI activities and manage cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Operations, QA, and Regulatory.
Define and implement NPI strategies and processes to support product launch readiness.
Oversee design transfer from development to production, ensuring manufacturability and compliance.
Support process validation, line setup, and scale-up for production.
Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
Drive continuous improvement in NPI processes.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering a must.
5+ years of experience in NPI or engineering roles within the medical device industry a must.
2+ years in a leadership or team lead position.
Deep knowledge of design transfer, production processes, and medical device regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent English spoken and written.
