Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on IT management experience with team leadership responsibilities
* Deep expertise with cloud-based identity and productivity platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Office 365)
* Strong background in endpoint security and device management (CrowdStrike, JumpCloud, Kandji MDM solutions)
* Experience with enterprise networking, VPN technologies, and remote access solutions (Palo Alto GlobalProtect or similar)
* Experience with SaaS services management and shadow IT detection (Zluri, Tori)
