Required IT Project Manager (Temporary)

As an Temporary IT Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure & Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for our critical IT projects. You will be responsible for standardizing processes, consolidating reporting, and improving communication with upper management, ensuring alignment with our evolving cloud-first strategy.
How will you make an impact?
Lead & Manage Infrastructure & Cloud Projects:
Oversee projects such as cloud migrations and modernization, security initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and IT infrastructure-related facilities improvements.
Drive project planning, execution, and closure adhering to best practices.
Process Standardization & Improvement:
Implement and maintain consistent project management methodologies for Infrastructure & Cloud projects.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.
Reporting & Communication:
Serve as primary point of contact for project updates.
Consolidate project reports, KPIs, and risk assessments.
Prepare clear presentations and reports for management.
Budget Management & Governance:
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Conduct budget reviews and proactively mitigate cost overruns.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.

Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a strong focus on Infrastructure & Cloud (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Experience with infrastructure technologies such as servers, networks, storage, and virtualization
Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira)
You will have an advantage if you also have:
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
