The project manager will be responsible for the definition, planning and execution of multidisciplinary projects for building our company's clusters in Israel. Accountable and responsible for the success of the relevant Cluster build programs.
What youll be doing:
Own entire activities associated with planning and executing projects for building large Clusters for our company in Israel
Co-work with our company teams on different disciplines associated with building large scale clusters Data-Center Engineering, Data-Center Operations, Corporate-IT, Planning, Finance and more
Manage periodic sync meetings within our company and with external stakeholders to track and monitor projects meetings
Present project status to our company senior executive team
Matrix management of internal teams and resources for successful execution of projects and activities.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join the Israeli Networking Cluster Solutions organization. The TPM will have an overall responsibility for managing programs to address our Networking R&D clusters needs in Israel labs and data center infrastructures. Role will include direct communication with R&D leaders, executives, IT, Security, Real Estate and all relevant stakeholders within and outside of us.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own entire activities associated with mapping entire R&D compute needs and requirements for building small, medium and large Clusters and setups for us in Israel. Including interfaces with all relevant R&D leaders and tech representatives.

Orchestrate entire plan for placing Clusters leveraging existing labs and facilities, efficiently to enable cutting-edge R&D activities.

Interface with external entities, planning and guiding on deployments of our key Clusters.

Work with all relevant R&D teams to plan our Networking technology roadmap, and plan future deployments and allocations to enable future R&D activities.

Present labs and DC status to our senior executive team.

Matrix management of internal teams and resources for successful execution of projects and activities.

By joining the team, youll take a part in the implementation of complex data center solutions, performance benchmarks evaluation, and results analysis. You will research, analyze, and implement new, groundbreaking technologies.
The candidate is expected to have hands-on experience with data center technologies, including operating systems, virtualization and containerization technologies, storage, networking, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible. A candidate for this position must excel at working independently as well as in a group, in a multidisciplinary, dynamic environment.
What youll be doing:
Implement cutting-edge, end-to-end data center solutions with modern applications.
Deploy and validate reference design documents and how-to tutorials.
Support Networking Solutions Labs on complex solutions delivery by deploying It solutions, running POCs, etc.
Research technology trends and deliver best practices for integrating our company products and technologies.
Assume full responsibility over the Solutions Labs LAB equipment.
