Youll work across multiple e-commerce clients with big budgets, balancing analytics with creativity, and collaborating closely with product, R&D, and data science. Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of large-budget performance marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts, including tracking KPIs, building and testing strategies, and running A/B tests.
Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and extract actionable creative insights that drive results.
Oversee the creative lifecycle: concepting, generating, testing, and iterating video, static, HTML5, and AI-powered assets.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Data Science teamsprioritize needs, raise flags, and clearly translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
Work directly with clients to manage expectations, budgets, and revenue share, ensuring performance goals and satisfaction are met.
Leverage AI and design tools (e.g., Veo3, Bolt, Lovable, Figma) to generate, test, and optimize high-performing creative variations.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Programmatic Trading/Operations, Growth Marketing, Media Buying/Selling, Monetization Management, or equivalent roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; highly skilled in Excel (pivots, vlookup, advanced formulas).
A strong creative sense with a good eye for what makes compelling ads, funnels, and user journeys.
Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written), with client management experience an advantage.
Bachelors degree (preferably in a quantitative discipline).
Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments with constantly evolving tools and platforms.
Preferred:
Hands-on SQL experience (querying databases for insights).
Hands-on experience with Figma or other design platforms.
Hands-on experience with AI-based creative generation tools (e.g., Veo3, Bolt, Lovable).
Prior client management experience.
Background in data science or advanced analytics.
