In this position, you will:
Work closely with all different departments throughout the company (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, etc.) and lead data solutions from the ground up.
Developing and running ad hoc reports and analyses to answer critical business questions and identify opportunities.
Delivering informative, intuitive, and actionable reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs, identifying relevant business trends, and enabling self-serve analytics.
Constantly monitor our business results and provide insights in real time
Provide methodologies to accurately measure performance.
Writing non-trivial SQL queries and aggregations, and using Python analytics and statistical tools.

Our offices are located in Ramat Gan, Israel.
We work in a hybrid model, 3 days in the office.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for Business Intelligence (BI), Social Listening, and Marketing Intelligence products within . Youll work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to build solutions that provide customers with deep insights into their social media performance, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive gaps in BI, social listening, and marketing intelligence.
Engage with customers to understand how they leverage data for decision-making and uncover new opportunities.
Define and own the roadmap for BI, analytics, and social listening products, prioritizing features and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data teams to develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of new data-driven capabilities.
Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
Train internal teams on new intelligence features and their business value.
Define success metrics (KPIs) to track product adoption and customer impact.
Continuously analyze product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on improvements.
Align with executives and cross-functional teams on strategy and product direction.
Communicate progress, insights, and key decisions with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our Business Applications team, responsible for ensuring the internal Business Applications are suitable to Earnixs business processes, to support the day-to-day activities of the end users, while allowing management to measure these activities against their KPIs. The team focuses on improving existing applications while enhancing their features and creating new business processes around them, as well as finding new solutions that would support additional processes and allow scale. The Information Systems Analyst will translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs. This person will work Marketing, Sales, Support, Customer Success, Project Management, HR, Finance, and more. The day-to-day work would include hands-on implementation of various systems, reporting and analysis, data and meta data cleansing, ongoing user support and training, documentation and user guides creation, research and more.
