What will your day-to-day look like?
Develop a full range of contentfrom high-level thought leadership to targeted performance content to sales enablement materials
Work closely with demand gen, ABX, product marketing, brand, and other teams to drive high-impact campaigns
Help evolve and scale our brand voice across workforce payments, payroll, and global workforce management
Build and maintain a strategic content calendar tied to market trends, ICP insights, and campaign priorities
Partner with internal subject matter experts to create credible, insightful content on workforce payments, compliance, and global payroll
Translate market research and buyer insights into messaging and content that drives conversion and supports revenue goals
Own projects from concept to execution with a strong sense of accountability and creative ownership
Requirements: Deep understanding of payments, B2B fintech and contingent workforce (contractors) you speak the language of C-level decision makers
4+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or similar roles focused on enterprise audiences and long sales cycles
Proven ability to create diverse content across the funnel: blog articles, reports, ads, emails, sales decks, web copy, video scripts, and more
Exceptional writing and editing skillsclear, precise, and business-relevant
Strong project ownershipyou can prioritize, execute, and deliver without needing a rigid structure
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback and collaborating across teams
Experience using AI as a productivity tool to support (not replace) original thinking and writing
Native-level English fluency
