Responsibilities
Drive Product Vision & Strategy: Lead end-to-end ownership of product areas, from crafting a compelling vision and strategy to defining roadmaps and delivering impactful outcomes aligned with business goals. Champion an AI-First Mindset & Embed AI into the core of product thinking.
Lead and Grow a High-Performing PM Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of product managers. Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning. Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and career growth paths.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to uncover unmet or emerging needs. Build strong relationships with customers and partners to inform product direction and enhance user satisfaction. Define success metrics and KPIs. Use telemetry, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product performance
Backlog Ownership & Feature Definition: Define and prioritize features with a clear understanding of customer value, technical feasibility, and ROI. Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Agile Execution & Delivery: Partner closely with engineering leads to ensure focused execution, identify quick wins, and respond rapidly to evolving customer needs and security threats.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work across our product teams and external partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end experiences. Identify synergies and lead joint initiatives that amplify product value.

Responsibilities:
Analyze customer and market signals to identify customers unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of multiple feature areas.
Collaborate with others to identify the potential customer segments and investment opportunities. Evaluate tradeoffs, and prioritizes investments in consultation with cross-functional partner.
Drive product areas end-to-end within Microsoft Defender for Cloud, including building vision and strategy, define roadmap, help define business model and marketing messages and drive execution for successful results.
Work closely and build trust with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Define features and own their backlog, works with Software Engineering (SWE) and design teams to align on tradeoffs, and partners with Product Marketing on the disclosure of the roadmap and outbound communication.
Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.
Guide and mentor other team members.

Were looking for a Technical Product Manager team leader, who combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership and product strategy skills. Develop and maintain yearly technical plans for key initiatives

Translate new backend requirements into actionable plans
Lead initiatives with 3rd parties, such as API integrations
Product Leadership

Prioritize initiatives based on user impact, frequency, and system needs
Drive and document processes, ensuring clarity and shared understanding across teams
Build and maintain a technical roadmap
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Plan and lead sprint cycles and long-term product planning sessions

The Tier 1 team has a dynamic and energetic environment; The team plays a major part in providing the first line support to SolarEdge's customers. We provide quality and professional support, and deeply involved with variety departments and interfaces with other parties in the company. You will be the initial point of contact for customers and contractors regarding technical matters, providing support or escalations per need. You will respond to phone calls, emails and chats in a fast and service orientation manner, by explaining and resolving technical situations to non-technical individuals. By joining us, you’ll have the opportunity to troubleshoot and support various hardware & software configurations and run appropriate testing & diagnostics, provide our customers with a professional support and interface. What you'll be doing:
* Act as the first point of contact, interacting with customers using multiple support channels (phone, email, chat, CRM)
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting and diagnosis of SolarEdge's products (inverters, optimizers, monitoring portal etc.) By using vast knowledge – product schematics, data stored in knowledge base and other sources of information
* Document all information and activities and upload it into the CRM
* Resolve technical issues using SolarEdge's tools (according to permission level)
* Escalate unresolved cases to the relevant tiers
* Work with Customer Service Logistics to validate authorization for the release of parts needed to resolve problems encountered by customers
* Participate in team meetings and collaboratively work with overseas colleagues to resolve customer complaints.
