We are seeking a Video Acquisition Team Lead to lead and scale our paid Video acquisition efforts on Youtube. Key Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to scale the channel to over $1M in effective monthly spend by mid-2026.
Manage team members by providing guidance, setting challenges, and creating personalized development plans.
Manage and optimize large-scale paid brand and performance campaigns on YouTube and other social media.
Build a holistic long-term strategy in order to scale the performance of these areas
Partner closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with design, product, analytics, sales and leadership teams to align campaigns with company strategy and goals.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities and creative angles.
Build structured testing frameworks (A/B tests for creatives, copy, bidding strategies, funnels) and use insights to refine campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns toward KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Translate complex campaign performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Lead and manage complex measurement capabilities such as geo tests, brand lift, etc
Lead all the data initiatives of your team with the analyst and platform teams.
Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid video campaigns at scale mainly on Youtube. additional platforms is an advantage.
2+ years of demonstrated experience leading and managing teams
Strong creative mindset with the ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad assets in partnership with design teams.
Solid track record in performance marketing and user acquisition (B2B Saas experience is an advantage).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with advanced BI and analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Can-do and hands-on mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
