The Service operations coordinator will take part in the companys global service infrastructure, ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities:
Local market customers cases management.
Proactive support- team assignments.
Global support tier 3 cases escalations follow-up.
Sub-contractors assignment and working order and approval process.
Local techs spare parts inventories overseeing.
Local Market service agreement:
Alignment with the sales team.
Support entitlement management.
After hours and weekends on call scheduling.
Periodical KPI reports preparations.
Requirements: English at a high level must.
2 years of relevant experience advantage.
Bachelors degree / Industrial practical engineer advantage.
Excel must.
Previous experience with CRM and ERP system an advantage.
AI analytical tools usage an advantage.
