We’re looking for a motivated Junior Instructional Designer to join our Customer Education team and help shape the way our customers learn and grow. Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations for our learning platforms such as Customer Academy, Knowledge Base, and Community.
* Keep academy courses and knowledge articles up to date.
* Build reports, track engagement, and support customer-facing processes.
* Contribute to content creation: from articles to video tutorials and interactive training.

Requirements: In the last year of a BA in Instructional Design, or currently an MA student.
* Fluent English with strong writing skills - a Must.
* Some experience in technical writing or creating digital learning solutions (such as how-to guides, tutorials, or educational videos).
* Tech-savvy, logical, detail-oriented, and a fast learner with a “can-do” attitude.
* Strong sense of design and attention to detail.
* Ready to multitask across knowledge management, customer education, and operational tasks (LMS updates, analytics, content, and customer-facing emails). Advantage: video editing and basic graphic design skills.
