We are looking for a motivated and results-driven product marketing professional to lead our go-to-market efforts and drive business growth.
As our Director of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that align with our global Go-To-Market plan.
This role reports to the VP Marketing and works closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to maximize pipeline generation and product adoption.
You will be the connector between marketing and product, deeply understanding the roadmap and features, analyzing the market and competitors, and translating technical features into business value.
As our Product Marketing Director, you will:
Work with Product to understand upcoming features and innovations
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value and market positioning
Work closely with industry analysts
Develop product messaging that resonates with target personas and audiences
Create compelling content such as solution briefs, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
Collaborate with sales and sales engineering teams to create enablement material
Conduct market research to refine product positioning and differentiation
Launch new products and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns
Collaborate with demand generation teams to support their initiatives
Act as the bridge between product, sales, marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistent messaging across all channels
Requirements: As our Product Marketing Director, you must have:
5 years of B2B product marketing experience in cybersecurity, or a related technical domain.
Minimum of 2 years in management / leadership role.
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
Proven success in launching and positioning complex technical products to security and IT decision-makers.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, buyer personas (CISOs, CIOs, security analysts), and market trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and creating assets that drive pipeline acceleration.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent, native-level, English.
